Design Consultation Services

For initial design consultations:

• Complimentary consultations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance
• Paid consultation fees are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours
• Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours notice

Design Package Refunds

Refund eligibility for landscape design packages depends on the project stage:

• Before Design Begins: Full refund of deposit minus administrative fees
• During Concept Phase: Partial refund based on work completed
• After Design Delivery: No refund available once designs are delivered

Cancellation Process

To cancel a landscape design service:

• Contact us via email at callback@backoemovementis.world
• Include your project details and reason for cancellation
• We aim to respond within 2 business days with refund information
• Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval

Design Revisions

Each design package includes a specified number of revisions:

• Essential Garden Plan: 2 rounds of revisions
• Complete Landscape Design: 3 rounds of revisions
• Premium Estate Package: Unlimited revisions during design phase

Additional revisions beyond the package allowance may incur extra charges.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Backoemovementis is dedicated to delivering designs that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your initial design concepts, we will work with you through the revision process to achieve your vision at no additional cost within the scope of your package.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Site visit and measurement fees
• Third-party permit application fees
• Custom material samples ordered on your behalf
• Completed design work that has been delivered

Exceptions

We understand that circumstances can change. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

• Medical emergencies
• Property sale or change of ownership
• Natural disasters affecting the property
